We  are  a  group  of  local  residents,  business  owners, and  stakeholders  in  West  Hollywood  who  believe  in responsible  development.  The  proposed  demolition of the Viper Room and replacing it with a 175-foot exclusive 5-star hotel with a rooftop bar and three pools, reduced parking, ballroom space, 5 new restaurants,  spa, helicopter landing pad, and luxury condos located  at  8850  Sunset  Boulevard is a DISASTER!
